Tuition and Fees
1. Application Fee $75.00 for new registrants (per family)
2. Annual Tuition – $550 for up to 2 students
3. Annual fee for each additional student $50.00 per student
4. High School Fee – $50.00 (per student)
5. High School Senior Fee $150.00… transcript generation, senior meeting, graduation announcements, official diploma; the parent is responsible for payment of graduation cap, tassel, and gown. The academy will place the order for gowns, etc. at Balfour Graduation Supply. Please Note: Non-participation in any service provided for seniors does not allow for non-payment of graduation fee or any part thereof.)
6. Tuition and fees are due at the time of submission of registration documents.
Registration – for first time registrants, please submit the following to the school
1. Enrollment Agreement – singed and dated
2. Application Forms – completed to the best of your ability
3. Student’s enrollment Forms – Completed to the best of your ability
4. Curriculum Forms – completed for each child
5. Birth certificate – a copy
6. Florida State approved student health examination form and up-to-date immunization form
7. Standardized test results – for each home schooled child, most recent
8. Student withdrawal/school record transfer request – a copy of completed and signed form; original to be mailed to previous school by parent
9. Full payment of first-time registration fee, tuition, and applicable fees (high school, etc)
Due to the exorbitantly high fees charged by banks, there will be a $50.00 fee for checks returned to the school for non-payment and for any reason. The time and effort spent plus the cost of gasoline for bank visit to adjust the school’s account due to non-payment of checks is not included in the tuition fee. If 2 checks are returned non-payable, all future tuition payments, fees, etc., must be paid via money order or cash. The Wellspring Academy of central Florida, Inc. offers no refunds.
